Shipping Method

In most cases, orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Music is typically shipped via Media Mail within the US to keep costs low.

We recently enabled international shipping on the website. It is set up to pull from USPS rates. If for some reason the rate is grossly overstated, we will refund any excess upon shipping - using our discretion.

Damages

Physical music shipped through the mail is subject to minor damages and may not be avoided in certain situations. We do use high quality mailers in order to give your packages the best chances during their transit. If your package is severely damaged during transit, please first file a claim or inquiry with the USPS. We will do our best to make the situation right, but USPS should be your first contact.

International Shipping

International Shipping is at your own risk. Once the package leaves our facility, we do not have any control over its condition or how long it takes to reach your destination. Packages sometimes are held in Customs for indeterminate amounts of time, or do not make it to their destination. Both of those factors are out of our control. When you place an order, you are agreeing to the risk involved in the transaction. We are not liable for any lost packages. Buyer is responsible for any customs, duties, taxes, and/or any other fees incurred by shipment and delivery. We do not have any prior knowledge of these fees, nor control, nor responsibility to pay.
